Vita Deveaux began her career in real estate in 2010. After testing the waters in most areas of Commercial Real Estate, she found her passion in Commercial Leasing. She prides herself on truly getting to know her clients business in a way that allows her to help them in ways they had not considered. It always helps to have a neutral party to help you see other possibilities along the journey.

As a Tenant Representative, she proves her value by taking on tough challenges and requests and making them a WIN/WIN for all those involved. Evaluating everything from environmental to cash flow has been her greatest strength.

Vita is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University. A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  

She spends her time away from Real Estate, homesteading and fishing.
